What kind of care do we provide ?
- Help with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting and medication.
- Practical support including eating and drinking, food preparation, light domestic tasks, shopping, laundry and assisting with visits outside the home.
- Breaks for the carer. Anything from just a few hours a day, to a complete overnight stay.
- Short or long term support following surgery or a hospital stay.
All our staff specialise in caring for people with chronic and long term conditions.
How much will it cost ?
Care is tailored to each of our client's needs. All costs will be discussed and agreed with you before your care begins. Many of our clients either self fund or claim from Private Health Insurance schemes.
Some care may be funded by the NHS or Social Services. You will need to discuss this with your GP, District Nurse, Social Worker or other healthcare professional.
How to arrange care
First call us to discuss your needs, we will then arrange for a home visit to be made by a member of our team. At this time we will discuss and agree together a suitable care plan.
