What to expect 

When you enquire with Martlets Care, we will listen to your needs and build a plan together. Our plans are all tailored around you.  

Martlets Care will work with you to define the practical aspects of care and to create your individual care plan. We will check things like the times you would like our carers to visit, or finding out how you like your favourite sandwich. Everything will be centred around your needs. At this point we will also be able to give you a quote on how much our services cost.  

When you are ready to move forward, we will help you fill in our care contract. Then we can decide on a start date for your individual care plan. Your carer will keep this updated with each visit. 

We will always let you know who your carer, or team of carers, will be and when they will be visiting. All you need to do is sit back and wait for the punctual knock at the front door! 

We will stay in touch and continue to review and tailor your care as your needs change. We want you to feel truly cared for, and to make each day brighter, one visit at a time.
